Lead time is 4 - 5 days for 95% of postcodes but can take longer for outlying areas. The delivery company will you by telephone or email to pre-book the delivery on a mutually convenient day. Around 24 hours before delivery, you will be ed as a reminder and to advise a two-hour delivery window (timing is determined by the delivery company and cannot be changed). If you cannot be ed at this point, the delivery will still go ahead - as the date has already been agreed.

The majority of Butterfly Tables are ready assembled - simply unpack and play! For a small number of tables, an assembly service is available at extra cost - us for more details.

All Roberto Sport football tables require assembly. This should take approximately 30 minutes.

Usually the delivery team are happy to deliver to a ground floor room or garden - assuming that access is short and straightforward. The table will be unpacked and you will be asked to sign to say that all parts have been received in good order (if you request the table to be left packed, we won't be able to uphold any subsequent claims for damage).

If the delivery team arrive at your premises on the pre-agreed date but there is no-one to receive the goods, all possible efforts will be made to you. If you cannot be reached and there is nowhere suitable to leave the table then you may still be invoiced for the actual delivery charge (£42.95 + VAT). The actual delivery cost may also be charged if the order is cancelled less than 36 hours prior to the pre-arranged delivery date.
