This depends upon what sort of pub-goers you are hoping to entertain. Locals will tend to prefer games that can be taken more seriously - that they can play each week and perhaps have a local competition or enter a league against other pubs in the area.

On the other hand, you might like to have a few games behind the bar for the interest of general visitors to the pub - or even children. There are a lot of classics that you can put behind the bar such as Shove Ha'penny, Draughts and Table Skittles.
