The UBI Launcher is a excellent bowls delivery aid that's designed to help bowlers take the strain off bad backs, knees and hips. The UBI Launcher allows you to deliver your bowl from an upright position by simply pushing it down the green - take a look at the video to see how it's used.

The UBI Launcher has a telescopic shaft that fully extends to 121cm, but can be set at your desired length and locked into place. The dual purpose pushing end then also doubles as a bowls and jack lifter allowing you to move your bowls into position comfortably, and then push them with the Launcher. It's also very lightweight and portable.
By encouraging the use of the UBI Launcher, clubs can also protect the bowling green from divots and damage caused by bowlers releasing from the hip or steep positions.
Bowls England and Bowls Scotland have ruled that the UBI Launcher may be used in all events under their jurisdiction.
